Where to stay?

Choose from a range of carefully selected hotels to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Whether you’re looking for something close to the event or a hotel that suits your preferences and budget, there are several options available.

1. Ibis Esch Belval

The negotiated rates at are:

• • Single room: 120€ per room, including breakfast & taxes
• • Double room: 135€ per room, including breakfast & taxes

📌 Participants are responsible for booking their own rooms using a reservation form, citing the event reference and for settling payment on-site. Any rooms not booked by 3rd February 2027, will be released from the reserved block.

Both parties must confirm resevation in written form. Participants must return confirmation by email to the following email address : h7071-bo@accor.com together with proof of conference registration.

2. Residhome Luxembourg Esch Belval

The negotiated rates at are:

• • Single room 136€ per night, excluding breakfast
• • Double room 151€ per night, including breakfast, based on single occupancy.

📌 Participants are responsible for booking their own rooms using a reservation form, signed and returned to Luxembourg.eschbelval@residhome.com in order to validate each reservation. Please attach proof of conference registration to the email. Any rooms not booked by 27 January 2027, will be released from the reserved block.

3. Hôtel de la Poste

The negotiated rates at are:

1. Flexible rate with breakfast included:

• • Single room 255€ per room, including taxes
• • Double room 285€ per room, including taxes

Cancellation: free until 3 days before arrival.

2. Non-refundable and non-cancellable rate with breakfast included:

• • Single room 234€ per room,including taxes
• • Double room 273€ per room, including taxes

📌 Guests wishing to make a reservation can book directly with the Reservations Department by email at hotellaposte.esch@gmail.com. Please attach proof of conference registration to the email. The hotel will then proceed to book the hotel room for you.

4. The Seven Hotel

The negotiated rates at are:

• • 5 Premium Rooms – €195 per room per night
• • 7 Deluxe Rooms – €230 per room per night
• • 2 Super Deluxe Rooms – €267 per room per night
• • 1 Suite – €460 per night

Please note that the city tax is €2 per room per night. Breakfast is available at €18 per person per day.

All the rooms are equipped with a Queen-size bed, which can be converted into twin beds upon request.

Group Cancellation Policy:

• Up to 21 days before arrival: free of charge.
• Between 20 and 12 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay will be charged.
• From 11 days before arrival: 100% of the total stay will be charged.

📌To take advantage of these special rates, participants should inform the hotel when making their reservation that they have been referred by the Luxembourg Institute of Health (LIH). Proof of conference registration will be requested.

5. Park Inn by Radisson Luxembourg City

The negotiated rates at are:

• • Single room 198€ per room, including breakfast
• • Double room 217€ per room, including breakfast

📌 Participants are responsible for booking their own rooms. Any rooms not booked by 03 January 2027, will be released from the reserved block.

Guests wishing to make a reservation can book directly with the Reservations Department by email at reservations@avenuehotels.lu, quoting the reference “LIH”. Please attach proof of conference registration to the email. A credit card number and expiry date will be required to guarantee each reservation.
